However, we understand there will be rare cases in which this won't be possible.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you
This is outlined in our terms and conditions, a legally binding agreement you accepted when purchasing the course (found here), you are required to submit the work you've done in the program along with your refund request, no later than 89 days from the date of purchase to qualify. Refunds will not be given 90 days after purchase.
As detailed in the terms, all refunds are discretionary as determined by Becoming Unstoppable LLC.
If you attempt to get your payment reversed by your bank, we will take the appropriate legal action to recover the funds, especially in the case in which the refund request has not been approved. It is required by law that you pay for your purchase because a service has been provided under the terms of a legally binding agreement you entered into.
Any legal costs or bank fees incurred to recover these funds will be passed on to you directly.
CLAIMS OF "ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES" / "NOT ADVANCED ENOUGH" / "NOT FOR ME:"
Each module builds upon the knowledge of the one that precedes it. Completing one or two modules doesn't provide a full view of what is included in this comprehensive and well-researched program. What is provided in the course has been clearly outlined in great detail on the course information page here, hence, refunds will not be provided in the instance an "accidental purchase," feedback it's "not advanced enough," or "it's not for me" are claimed until all course work has been completed as outlined in the terms. We have taken great steps to make it clear what is in the program on the course information page so you know exactly what you are purchasing at the time of purchase. In the instance, any of these claims are made we will ask you to complete the program so you can qualify for your refund. Once it has been completed in full and you have provided evidence via this form, you will be eligible to request a refund.
IN THE CASE THREATS OF DEFAMATION ARE MADE IF A REFUND IS NOT PROVIDED:
Any threats of defamation/slander (in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, on or offline, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed), will be taken very seriously.
We sincerely welcome constructive and truthful criticism/reviews in which we can use to improve our courses. However, false statements that are purposefully designed to mislead the public or cause reputational or financial harm will be sent to our legal team immediately.

All terms are clearly accessible and outlined so you know exactly what you are getting and agreeing to.
If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 89th day, you will not be granted a refund. Incomplete forms are not eligible for consideration.
